Dr. Kelsey Gapstur
Dr. Kelsey Gapstur grew up in Minnesota then moved to California after high school to attend University of San Diego, where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Biology in 2010. After a 6 month internship working with dolphins in Hong Kong, she attended Western University of Health Sciences in LA where she earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. She stayed in Southern California and completed a 1 year small animal internship.
Dr. Gapstur now lives in Nashville with her husband Taylor, and her sons Logan and Colin. She has two cats Jeremy and Tripp and a chocolate lab named Hershey. She has a particular interest in internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and is certified in veterinary acupuncture. In her free time she enjoys hiking, yoga, and trying new restaurants.
